By accessing and using the Groom mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Processing

Groom uses third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to handle payment transactions. By using payment features, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services. Groom is not responsible for payment processing errors or issues.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
to transmit any malicious code or viruses;
to impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user;
in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

7. Disclaimer

The materials in the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Groom makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Groom or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

9. Revisions

Groom may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
